Legal Conformity Warranty: Baltic Hydrogen provides a 1-year worldwide legal conformity warranty on the Baltic Hydrogen Water Bottle sold to consumers from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your Baltic Hydrogen Water Bottle meets all applicable safety and quality standards.

Procedure to Exercise Warranty Rights: If your Baltic Hydrogen Water Bottle develops a defect or malfunction, please promptly contact Baltic Hydrogen Customer Service at info@baltichydrogen.lv, providing the order number, a description of the defect or malfunction, and the original purchase invoice.

Conditions and Limitations: This warranty is personal to the original owner and is non-transferable. If the Baltic Hydrogen Water Bottle is repaired or replaced during the final six months of the warranty period, the warranty for the repaired or replaced part, or the entire product, may be extended by up to six months from the date of repair or replacement.

Please note that Baltic Hydrogen will not accept the return of any defective Hydrogen Water Bottles without prior authorization. Unauthorized repair of the bottle by the customer will void this warranty.

Disclaimers: Except for Baltic Hydrogen's warranty of title to the goods, all other express and implied warranties are expressly disclaimed and excluded, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party intellectual property, and any warranties arising from the course of dealing or performance, custom, or usage of trade.

Exclusions: Baltic Hydrogen's obligations do not cover defects or losses caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or any damage caused by connections and interfaces not consistent with Baltic Hydrogen instructions or the designed capabilities of the Hydrogen Water Bottle.

Third-Party Products: This warranty does not apply to any products that are not Baltic Hydrogen branded, even if they have been packaged or sold together with the Hydrogen Water Bottle. Products that are not Baltic Hydrogen branded may benefit from a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product's packaging and documentation for detailed information.

Regional Warranty Coverage: In some regions, local legislation may entitle consumers to additional or different warranty protections beyond the standard 1-year period. These rights are determined by the laws of the country where the consumer resides. Baltic Hydrogen complies with all such local regulations, and consumers are encouraged to consult the relevant laws in their country to understand their full rights.

European Union (EU) Consumers: For consumer purchases within the European Union, Baltic Hydrogen extends the legal conformity warranty to 3 years for the Hydrogen Water Bottle in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, such as by email, stating "I want to return my order number [your order number]".

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, such as mouthpieces or other parts that come into contact with your mouth.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for all costs and risks of returning the goods to us, including any customs fees or duties. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
